Shirtless Men Harass Woman Biker on Haridwar Highway, 3 Arrested After Video Goes Viral

hocking incident of public harassment surfaced from the Haridwar highway when a woman biker recorded a group of shirtless men hanging out of a moving car, making obscene gestures and blowing kisses at her. The incident, which took place near the Uttarakhand–Uttar Pradesh border, was caught on camera by the victim and widely shared on social media.
The biker courageously exposed the culprits by sharing their vehicle number and tagging authorities in her post. Prompt police action followed. Three men—Devendra, Rahul, and Nikhil from Meerut—were arrested by UP Police, while two others remain on the run. A video released by the police shows the accused apologizing, calling the woman “sister” and “mother.” Their vehicle has also been seized.
